Suggestive Wordplay – Psychological Mind Control

Photo by George Becker from Pexels

How many times have we heard or read words in the mainstream media, the news, the newspapers, such as ‘seems’, ‘may’, ‘maybe’, ‘appears’, ‘possible’, ‘could be’, ‘perhaps’, ‘probable’, ‘probably’, ‘suggest’, ‘if’, as just several examples that appear?

Just think about those words for a minute. What do they actually mean? Do you think they mean, ‘does’, ‘will’, ‘has’, ‘proven’, ‘prove’, ‘definite’, ‘definitely’, ‘certain’, ‘certainly’, ‘evidential’?

No, they do not, but they don’t want you to know that. You see, when you learn that fundamental truth, you’ve broken through their façade, their charade. Of course, once you truly understand that truth, the objective is to inform others. To let them know this is all just a psychological operation to undermine our intelligence, to blind us to the truth that we are all just pawns in a twisted chess game played by the Freemasons and Rockerfellers pulling wool over our eyes. You see, they’re laughing at us… They want us to turn against each other, they want to increase tension between us. They also want us to be very afraid. These psychopathic, whatever they are, have learnt how to sway public opinion to their own favour. They know how to manipulate us. They know we can’t stand to see people suffering and dying, they know we can’t stand to see prejudice, they know we all fear the loss of our loved ones, our homes, our jobs, our money. They create their own fake news, to turn our humanity, our morality, our values, against us. Then, they accuse others of fake news, ‘me thinks thou do protest too much’, eh? They are masters of deception, they know how you think, they know how you feel. The Freemasons and Rockerfellers are not new to us, they have been here for centuries. In all that time, they’ve treated us all as lab rats, as fodder, as sheep. They’ve been analysing what makes us ‘tick’, what breaks us, how they can sway and control us. Tavistock Institute which was established back in 1921 is just one example of their wish to twist and manipulate the human mind, to turn us all into mindless slaves. The more we comply, the more control they have over us, the more we’ll lose our own analytical powers, the more we’ll become their pawns. This is not about your political leanings, it’s not about religion, it’s not about racism, it’s not about sexism, these are psychological operations which are aimed to cause us all to turn against one other. You see, if we were all to stop and think, we’d be able to see through their lies.

I know it’s frightening to come to terms with the fact that the world as you thought you knew it was all a lie. Denial is a feeling many of us out there experience, because we don’t want to believe our governments, our countries, our world could be as evil as it is. We are all living in one of the most trying times in our lives. If this doesn’t prove to you how vulnerable the human psyche truly is, how people can be manipulated and turned against one another, I don’t know what will. Personally, during my childhood, I was once hoping I would be shown compassion and understanding by others, but I quickly discovered that the darkness residing in people out there is all too evident. I quickly discovered from my peer group, that the world considered the twisted aspects of abusers who’d learn your weakness, whether it be psychological, physical and/or emotional, and use it against you, is considered the norm. The more I pieced together, the quicker I grew up. I was aware of so much by the age of 7, because I was ridiculed, alienated, used, segregated, betrayed and traumatised by both my peer group and teachers. This grew in intensity the older I became. I became more and more cynical of the world around me, that by the time I saw 9/11, the Trade Centers collapsing, it was the beginning of my analysis of the wider world around me. That’s when I discovered we live in a truly corrupt and evil world. It’s only when you come to terms with that fact, that you wish to seek the genuine, real people who truly care, who understand the true meaning of love and compassion. We need to learn that these Freemasons and Rockerfellers hate the meaning of those two words ‘love’ and ‘compassion’. They wish to twist both of their meanings. They wish to cancel them both out, to turn them into their own warped image. We need to show each other what love and compassion truly means, that it’s not some warped interpretation, that it’s not a weakness, that it’s our strength, that it’s our humanity. That we are human.

The Beatles Da Vinci Code

Coming back to the songs in reverse again. I was originally intending to add a few examples within this blog post, but I got side tracked because this particular subject is quite complex, with many twists and turns the deeper you go. In fact, to be honest with you, I could present you with a whole array of them, all from the same band, and related to the individual singers after the band split up. I am referring to The Beatles of course. Since 1969, there was a controversial newsflash that the real Paul McCartney died in 1966 due to an alleged car crash, and that the ‘Paul McCartney’ we see today, supposedly a session musician, ‘a man of a thousand voices’, took over from the former’s role after his death. This followed plastic surgery carried out in Africa to make him look more like Paul McCartney, and training to play a guitar left handed. It’s quite an interesting concept, and I have to say, it is quite a mystery. You may think it crazy, but I’ve discovered that the deeper you explore, the more clues start to appear from some of the most intriguing places. The more you delve into the case, the fascination only continues to grow. In fact, I feel The Beatles themselves began the whole backwards music in the first place. I’ve even seen footage of George Martin, The Beatles record producer, giving a demonstration of turning records backwards to achieve a different sound, proving that they were known to experiment in such a way. Take The Beatles single ‘Rain/Paperback Writer’ for example. I have made many discoveries of ‘clues’ in their songs post 1966, but to be honest with you, I certainly can’t take the credit for recognising them, this is a topic that many, many out there have been researching for decades. I can, however; point you to some rather interesting and intriguing books and some of the interesting clues I’ve discovered, that I know many people have already pointed out before. I just thought I’d give my own take on the subject myself.

Now, before I continue, my mother was a huge fan of The Beatles and loved Paul McCartney the most, well, the one she recognises from her younger days anyway… My mother also has a photograph of herself standing next to him, well, the person she thought it was anyway… This was post 1966, I have studied the photograph myself, and the earlier photographs of Paul McCartney. I’m sorry, but I’m going to have to say, I see very little resemblance to the earlier Paul, the facial features may look similar, but the shape of his head is VERY different. I can clearly see a difference between a long face and a round face. In my opinion, they are NOT the same person.

First of all, as a point of reference, I can mention two books which I feel could be very eye opening regarding this whole controversial subject. One of the two books I’m going to refer are the following. The first is by the author Dr Nicholas Kollerstrom, ‘The Life and Death of Paul McCartney 1942-1966: a Very English Mystery’ ( https://bit.ly/2WHYG9W ). Whether you find the subject interesting or not, Dr Nicolas Kollerstrom, has some fascinating insights into some very controversial subjects such as 9/11. He’s written some really interesting books; on subjects the mainstream media wants to cover up. The book encompasses research he has gathered from other researchers on the subject of ‘Paul Is Dead’, the name given by researchers themselves. I have to say, a lot of the book is fascinating, and eye opening, he goes into a lot of depth. I’ve even discovered that he mentions about this instance where this ‘Paul McCartney’ travelled to Japan during when he was a part of his band Wings. Since The Beatles travelled to Japan before late 1966, they took fingerprints of the members of The Beatles. They still had their fingerprints on file, and when ‘Paul McCartney’ was arrested for possessing drugs, his fingerprints were taken. They discovered that this ‘Paul McCartney’s fingerprints did NOT match the fingerprints they had on file for Paul McCartney. They received a phone call from the United Kingdom to give this ‘Paul McCartney’ permission to be released. Have you ever heard about that during the 1970s? I bet you haven’t, but that doesn’t mean it didn’t happen either. I’ve read of all sorts, including the effect it all must have had on Jane Asher, the former girlfriend of the old Paul McCartney. To me, I could swear she’s been affected by a form of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. It must have been tragic just imagining what she must have seen in those mid 1960s relating to what happened to the old Paul McCartney. She must have been hit with one heck of a sledgehammer, with a reoccurring nightmare. Even songs like John Lennon’s own ‘Come Together’ song has references to his own nightmare too, just think about the words in the lyrics. Was he seeing some kind of a zombie of Paul McCartney coming back from the grave? Why? Is it because the second ‘Paul McCartney’ looked too eerily similar to his old friend, the original Paul? It must make you wonder, well, it makes mewonder anyway. There’s a lot of strange goings on surrounding the mid to latter half of The Beatles, even in the earlier Paul McCartney’s own interest in Mark Lane’s research, into JFK’s assassination, showing that Lee Harvey Oswald was innocent. We are dealing with some very deep subjects here, that go way beyond The Beatles themselves when we consider subjects like this. Think about it, some of the big newsflashes in the 1960s include the assassination of John F Kennedy. It was on everyone’s mind at the time, as it was clearly on the pre 1966 Paul McCartney’s mind as well. Think about it, he was just as concerned about his death as all of the peace seekers were in the 1960s.

The second book I’m referencing, which was actually mentioned within Dr Nicholas Kollerstrom’s own book, is part and parcel of these unusual ‘clues’. It’s also rather a mystery, an anomaly even, and requires analysing, in and of itself. The book is called, ‘The Memoirs of Billy Shears’ ( https://bit.ly/2UwU2Je ), the illusive name of the person suspected of taking over Paul McCartney’s role, or William Shepherd or Campbell if you want to use the longer term some people have been using. The book itself is somewhat of a riddle of sorts. Even the cover of the book alone looks strange, you could even say, the shape on the front cover almost resembles the signature illuminati’s pyramid, with an ‘eye’ where the ‘o’ in the word, ‘Memoirs’ is showing. The way the book is written has a pattern of it’s own, to mathematical precision even. It’s a book where the content itself spans 666 pages, over 66 chapters, and it was even released on 9th September 2009, that’s 09/09/09. Turn those numbers around, and what do you have? ‘666’. It’s an incredibly ominous book, in number patterns alone. Can you see now how patterns are being used in this world? This is no joke, just look it up for yourself. The book’s author is by someone called, Thomas E. Uharriet, but it’s supposedly ghost written for the person who played ‘Paul McCartney’. It’s incredibly unusual, to say the least. Think of it what you will, but I find several factors about this book fascinating in itself. Just the mathematical precision alone is quite a feat by itself. This book wasn’t written by an amateur, a lot of pain staking work has gone into creating this riddle of pages. I read Dr Nicolas Kollerstrom’s interpretation of the book. He actually contacted the author of the book, Thomas E. Uharriet, and mentioned how pressured he was to release his book to make sure it was dated, 09/09/09. Why was it so important? Just a thought… Then, take the way the book is written, the first letter on every other line within each chapter is supposed to spell out the chapter’s title or meaning itself. That is some pretty extreme mathematical patterns and accuracy there. It’s like it’s been written by a master of wordplay. It sounds more like a riddle within riddles. I’ve heard that the book itself contains certain lies which makes sure the book couldn’t be of any use to prove anything. The last time I checked, I discovered the book cost around £30. That’s quite a lot of money to charge just for a book. Clearly it has been deliberately listed at such a high price value to prevent all except the most determined researchers from purchasing it. It sounds like a sneaky way of trying to clear someone’s conscience, from the backdoor, don’t you think? Well, whatever you may think, you have to admit, it is a rather extremely intriguing book on all accounts, especially to go to such extraneous lengths to make/write it in such a way. Who would go to such extremes? It would have had to take someone with an extremely mathematical OCD precise mind, at least.

In reference to the post 1966 version of ‘Paul McCartney’, he said within the ‘Magical Mystery Tour’ film that he was 30 years old. The film was shown in 1968. Now, if Paul McCartney was actually referring to his own age, then since he was born in 1942, that would make him 26, not 30 years old. Why would he need to say he was 30? To me, that sounds like he was trying to give us all a clue that he is not the real Paul McCartney. It’s almost funny in a way that this ‘Paul McCartney’ is blatantly giving away these clues and wondering if we’re ever going to start picking up the pieces in the aftermath, if you have a keen eye. It’s like he’s deliberately laying out some kind of a riddle, like it’s some sort of a game to him. I’ve also discovered that he’s been using anagrams in his own alias during his musical career with Wings too.

Coming back to John Lennon for a moment, and Paul McCartney’s reactions and emotional expressions towards him. Now, I’ve learnt quite a lot about The Beatles the more I researched, and I have to say, there is a very clear contrast between the Paul McCartney of pre 1966 and post 1966. His mannerisms and body language I can recognise within old films causes me to believe that the two Paul McCartneys are two opposite sides of a coin. Now, coming back to the idea that this post 1966 ‘Paul McCartney’ said he was 30 in 1968. That would make his date of birth 1938. I find this particularly fascinating because I have an interested in people’s Chinese Zodiac signs. I have actually carried out my own personal research on their two personalities based on their zodiac signs, and I have to say, it’s interesting to say the least.

Now, we all know that post 1966, there were a lot of arguments with The Beatles themselves, there was a lot of friction, and they were also no longer dressing or looking the same as they did prior to 1967. Take pre 1966 Paul McCartney’s year of birth, 1942. That would make him the Horse. However; if you take the age the post 1966 ‘Paul McCartney’ said in the film, ‘Magical Mystery Tour’, then his date of birth would be 1938. That would make him the Ox. You may not realise what those two zodiac signs mean by themselves, but I went a step further. I compared the Chinese Zodiac signs of the other members of The Beatles. John Lennon and Ringo Starr were both Dragons, and George Harrison was the Goat. Between themselves there would be friction between the other members of The Beatles, by their own signs.

Now, take pre 1966 Paul McCartney sign of the Horse. Take the Dragon and Goat. Did you know that the Horse is compatible with the Dragon and Goat? They would all be in harmony simply because Paul McCartney, the Horse was among them. He would have drawn them all together, kept them together, helped smooth over any rough edges. Also, Jane Asher’s own zodiac sign of the Dog, was on par with the Horse, so they were balanced, neither compatible nor incompatible. John Lennon himself went through a harrowing childhood. In fact, his own mother was killed in a car crash. He ended up living with his aunt. He became a bit of a tear away since then. It’s understandable really, he’d been through hell growing up, it’s not surprising he suffered so much. Unfortunately, that also meant he could become a bit aggressive. He even admitted it himself years later, before he tragically died. Anyway, coming back to Paul McCartney, the Horse.

The Beatles on an episode of Morecambe and Wise’s, ‘Two of a Kind’, broadcast in April 1964.

I can remember seeing an old episode of ‘Two of a Kind’ starring Eric Morecambe and Ernie Wise, a classic example of one of Britain’s best comedy double act legends. On this particular episode, it was amazing to see such comedy legends, Morecambe and Wise, standing next to one of the biggest British bands of all time, The Beatles. It was comedy meets music. They were both taking Britain and the world by storm, both in their own unique way. I could see both John Lennon and Paul McCartney’s reaction to Eric and Ernie during their speech towards the end of the programme, and I have to say, something quite telling stood out to me. Apart from Paul McCartney’s rounded face, which is very different from the long face of the post 1966 version, his mannerisms were very shy and timid. I saw how each of The Beatles reacted to Eric Morecambe, and I was analysing it closely. I could see, each were friendly and funny, joining in the joke. However; by the time they got to John Lennon, I could see something VERY different. I felt like John Lennon took the joke too personally, because I could sense hostility behind his actions. To me, it looked like John Lennon was intimidating Eric Morecambe. John Lennon took Eric’s hand, leaned in, and looked him up and down, like he was trying to size him up. The audience started laughing, but for some reason, I found it odd, because I felt John Lennon was a bit too forward, more than the other two were before him. I felt he was acting quite arrogantly towards Eric Morecambe, which I felt was uncalled for… I could see poor Eric began to look uncomfortable after that, I could see him shuffling his collar. I know what it’s like to be bullied, so I could feel for Eric’s anguish. He turned to Ernie and said, “I bet you didn’t expect that, did you?”. It sounded to me like John Lennon’s reaction wasn’t rehearsed, and Eric didn’t expect him to turn on him like that. Ernie just burst out laughing, so I could see Eric felt uncomfortable. When I heard Eric say, “Well, it’s a bit strong, isn’t it?”, and Ernie said, “No, he’s right”, I could also see he had nowhere to turn, he was stuck between The Beatles themselves and his partner Ernie Wise. I could see Ernie didn’t seem to understand Eric’s predicament very well, but from my position, I saw how uncomfortable Eric was becoming. So, in classic Eric Morecambe style, almost instinctively, he deflected it in his own professional comedic charisma, by turn away from them, and instead commenting on Ringo Starr sitting at the back at the drums, saying “Oh hello Bonzo”. Ironic, isn’t it that the name ‘Bonzo’, relates to the latter ‘Bonzo Dog Do Dah band’ of the late 1960s? I felt that Ringo was his safer port of call of that experience. A way to seek some relief from what he’d just been through. Then Eric says, “Get em’ off Ern, they’ve done enough”. Ernie, “What do you mean, ‘done enough’?” Eric, “Well, they’re getting insulting now, get em’ off”. I get the feeling that was Eric’s insecurity coming out there, through the humour. You see, Eric Morecambe could never stop the comedy routine, even into his family life, so he was always the comedic. I feel he was letting his insecurities show during his comedy performance here. I could see the difference between the body language of Paul McCartney and John Lennon, and it was so interesting to see how contrasting they both were. Paul was very fidgety and nervous; he couldn’t keep his hands still, he was also folding his arms in front of him (a defensive manoeuvre). However; John Lennon kept his hands behind his back, I couldn’t see any nerves coming through, so if he had any nerves at all, I’d say he was hiding them well. I wonder whether he treated his nerves in an aggressive way, and let out his emotions on the offensive rather than the defensive, like Paul.

This next video shocked my mother when she first watched it because as soon as she saw the look on Paul’s face and his mannerisms, she could tell it was the earlier Paul. For me, personally, when the camera focuses on Paul, I can see sadness in his eyes and face. To be honest with you, I can even recognise myself in his expression. It’s like I’m looking at a mirror image reflection of my own feelings of sadness. Maybe it’s just me, but I can sense genuine feeling and emotion in his face and eyes. I can tell he’s not arrogant, he’s not flippant, he’s serious. You can see a kind, genuine and sincere face, a face of someone who cares. Watching this video, it leads me to believe that the earlier Paul was more thoughtful and started to question the world around him. I wouldn’t be surprised if he ended up biting off more than he could chew, and something tragic happened to him in the end because of it. Maybe he knew too much. I can think of several great and good influential people who died tragically during the 1960s, John F Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr. as two examples come to mind for a start off.

Beatles 1966 Last interview

Now, take post 1966 ‘Paul McCartney’ sign of the Ox. Here we have a clear contrast. Take the other three Beatle’s signs of the Dragon and Goat. You know I said that pre 1966 Paul McCartney was compatible with the Dragon and Goat, well, the Ox is most certainly not. In fact, I find it rather ironic that his sign is parallel opposite, not only to The Beatles themselves, but to Jane Asher as well. The Ox and Dog are NOT compatible in the least. However; I discovered Linda Eastmann’s Chinese Zodiac sign as well, the Snake. The Ox and the Snake ARE compatible. Isn’t it funny that this ‘Paul McCartney’ marries Linda Eastmann? It’s quite ironic really. You know how nervous and fidgety pre 1966 Paul McCartney was? Well, this post 1966 ‘Paul’ is most certainly not. I have seen many photographs and interviews of him, and I do not see the earlier classic example of someone shy and timid. He is anything but.

Here is an example of this post 1966 ‘Paul McCartney’. Look at the expression on his face. Do you think this is the same Paul McCartney within the previous videos above, pre 1966?

Also, I feel the next one is a very interesting photograph as well, showing post 1966 ‘Paul McCartney’ lost in a conversation with Linda Eastmann. Notice he’s so entranced by Linda Eastmann, he’s forgetting that he is holding his cigarette in his right hand, not his left. He’s supposed to be left handed. He also holds it right handed in the album cover Abbey Road, which people have considered to be part of the clues of ‘Paul Is Dead’ as well.

There was also a lot of friction within The Beatles after the incident over hiring a new manager for The Beatles, following Brian Epstein’s death. I feel there’s something odd about that as well, for reasons I’d discovered relating to a spiked orange slice Ronnie Lane of the Small Faces said he took at a party around 1967, which gave him with a severe illness that carried with him throughout his life. He said that Brian Epstein was also at this party. So he must have taken one of those spiked orange slices too. I find it odd that they say he died of a drug overdose, it makes me wonder whether it had something to do with that spiked orange slice. Clearly, Ronnie Lane must have been at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Anyway, there was friction between post 1966 ‘Paul McCartney’ and John Lennon. ‘Paul’ wanted Linda Eastmann’s father to take over as their manager, but John wanted Allen Klein. Now, I’m not debating about who was right and wrong here, though I can see that Allen Klein was untrustworthy in the end. I wonder what was the REAL reason John didn’t want Linda Eastmann’s father taking over. Now, if this post 1966 ‘Paul McCartney’ isn’t the real Paul, then you can start to understand why John didn’t want Paul’s choice. Then it would all start to make more sense.

Take this next image as an example of the post 1966 ‘Paul McCartney’ showing his laid back, confident body language during a show called the ‘Tonight Show’ in 1968. Can you see the difference between the body language of the earlier Paul in the show ‘Two of a Kind’ broadcast in April 1964, and the image of this post 1966 ‘Paul’ on this later ‘Tonight Show’ in 1968?

Songs|sgnoS – and their hidden words

There has been something bugging me for a long time, and it’s something I doubt many people are aware of. What I’m referring to is quite unusual, but when you hear what I’m talking about for yourself, and can hear what I can, then maybe you’ll understand me more when I refer to subliminal messages… This is not science fiction, I have many examples I can show you from YouTube videos that other people have discovered, and so have I.

I’m referring to music, and I don’t just mean the lyrics you hear with your own ears, especially without editing software. This is all about music flipped into reverse. Believe me, there are many songs out there that sound completely different played backwards than when they were played forwards. I’d be especially careful with modern music, if I were you. Technology advances all the time, and so does their ability to use it. That can mean it can, and from own perspective, already is being, turned against us all too, remember that! What shocked me the most, is that the words sung backwards actually make sense in English. It’s no joke, this is real.

mind games through manipulation, is a real threat to all of us

I don’t know if they all have malicious intent in mind, some of them may just be experimenting with sound in innocence. Although, the question needs to be asked, why do they even feel a need to do it? I don’t believe the average Joe would mess around with something like this. So, ultimately, I’d watch out, because, in the world we live in today, mind games through manipulation, is a real threat to all of us. When it comes to the experimentation with music, to what extent do they need to use this experimentation? I get the feeling, it’s far too dangerous to mess around with, but it doesn’t prevent people from putting it into practice all the same. Does it? Once something has been discovered, it is rarely put back on the shelf. They keep using it, twisting and manipulating it into their own ideals and wishes. As long as there is corruption in this world, every discovery will end up being twisted to be used against us all, one way or another.

In fact, listening to some of these songs backwards, I’m wondering if some of these reverse words were meant to have a psychological effect on the brain, and with certain others, whether there are secret coded messages being spoken from behind closed doors. Anything’s possible. See? This is what mean. The world isn’t straightforward. There are darker forces at work here… There is always so much to question out there. A very important question we all need to ask here is, do we really need to experiment with songs in this way? What are we REALLY trying to achieve by doing so? I fear it’s far too dangerous, and shouldn’t be used within songs, you never know what effects they are having on us. To be honest, I wouldn’t be surprised that many of us are already under the influence, or manipulated, because of it. I wonder what’s happened to some of the people I’ve written to in the past. Have they been affected by it themselves? Please, for everyone listening, be very careful what songs and music you listen to? If there are words sung in reverse, then I hope you’re able to ask yourself, will it be safe to continue listening to this song further? I wouldn’t want to see more people sucked into the world of brainwashing… I feel none of us do, but I fear, it’s far too common nowadays than people may understand…

A Japanese Example

I’ll present you with one Japanese example, of a singer I’ve listened to, her name is Utada Hikaru. Now, I find it very interesting, because the words she sings backwards, when spun around, like this YouTube video uploader has done, you can hear words in clear English. The song is titled ‘Passion’, and I have to say, the words sung in reverse are very apt to the name of the song.

Song ‘Passion’ by Utada Hikaru

Can you hear it? She sings, ‘I need more affection than you know’. I’ve heard this myself on my MP3 file format of her song, when I reversed it using a software called Audacity. This uploaded YouTube video is proving I’m not the only one who has discovered it either. The first comment under the video states exactly her words she says in English. This is not sung on the front side of her song, but distorted, almost like it’s spoken in tongues…

Song ‘Passion’ by Utada Hikaru

You can hear it for yourself in the link above, the words ‘I need more affection than you know’ are sung differently. She doesn’t sing the words normally, but they are clearly electronically reversed in order for her words to say something different when mirror imaged.

In fact, I have my own thoughts for the visual creative expression shown of the Chemtrails (not something to think fondly about…) in the music video above (which I may add a blog post about in the future), and the combination of the colours purple and green (which could be more ominous than you might think, if my theory is accurate. Watch out for anything with a combination of purple and green colours, I get the horrible feeling they may be some kind of a warning of mind games). To me, to mix backwards words, with these two elements, makes me wonder what’s really going on here… Maybe it’s not as innocent as I first thought. Who knows?

I can tell you something else as well. If you think it’s just restricted to Japan, then you may be surprised to know, I’ve discovered the same thing in even earlier British songs, even dating back to The Beatles, well, the latter stages of the 1960s anyway. This is not something new, there are people out there who have recognised what I’m referring to for themselves, it’s not just me. It’s been around for many, many years, it’s just not many people know about it. If you do, you’ll look at music in a whole new way. There’s more, I’ve heard all sorts of different songs by different artists, especially between the 1980s and 1990s, and there have been certain key songs which have certain words spoken, or sung, within them, played backwards, which also sing words in English. I wonder if you can spot the same words I do when I listen to them. I’m going to add a few links in my future blog posts to see what you think.

Being Genuine, Honest and Dedicated can lead you to trauma

Above image from the website www.justoutsidetheboxcartoon.com

Taking a break from the previous blog post about Japan and it’s coping strategies for loneliness (of which I’m suffering with myself), I thought I’d include a small synopsis into my reasons for creating this blog site in the first place. Well, technically, there’s a torrent of reasons, but this particular case is boarding on unbearable…

You see, in all these 28 years of living, I have seen a lot in my life, from my own perspective, and I can tell you, trying to live as a genuine, honest and dedicated human being can be one of the hardest lifestyles to live. Do you know why? Well, I’ll tell you, from my experiences. You hear so many twisted words, phrases and platitudes in this life. Everything from, ‘Be yourself’, ‘If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again’, ‘Do unto others as you want others to do unto you’, ‘God helps those who help themselves’, and one of the worst, ‘Keep Calm and Carry On’. I have heard so many of them growing up, but from my point of view, my observations of them are that this world, either twists the meaning of them all, or they are blatant lies to cover up the real truth. I could list you each one and give you an example, either from personal experiences, or from my perspective of the world.

‘Be yourself’

It’s meaning seems to change from person to person…

Now, what do you normally figure the words ‘Be yourself’ to mean? To me, they mean sticking true to your values no matter what the world and its immorality have thrown at you. That is my own observation. Personally, I’m glad I stuck by this principle, but what if someone else misinterprets these words, what could it mean to someone who has difficulty speaking in person, face-to-face for example? Say they have difficulty talking to someone straight away. What happens if they need to read some passages they’d prepared for themselves in advance, to help them to explain and express the topics they’d find too difficult to say on the spot, under pressure and anxiety? What then? That’s when the term ‘Be yourself’ is taken to a completely different level. If you are uncomfortable talking to someone new for the first time, isn’t it natural to be nervous? It can take some of us a long time to build the courage to talk to another in fluent conversation. It can take time, trust, understanding and care, for you to truly, ‘Be yourself’, in the way that some people perceive those words.

‘If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again’

Now we get to the nitty-gritty of the phrases

For me personally, this phrase has got to be one of the most painful phrases of them all. It isn’t the worst, but it’s getting there. Why? It’s because this is exactly what I have been doing for around 18 years of my life, well, technically, 23 years, but I’m rounding down due to a more focused trauma…

One particular case springs to mind, of an experience I went through for over six years. In fact, it brings several of these quotes together, since they all relate in one way or another. There was a female I was in contact with through those years, she was two years younger than me, but if anyone proved to me that this quote is meaningless, it would be her, W.I.T.H.O.U.T a doubt. That no matter how hard you try, no matter how much you care, no matter how much you put into it, you only end up buried head first deep into the ground…

Now, since this is more of a fractioned blog post, I’m going to refrain from talking about it too much because it’s a subject that deserves a blog post, or several, of it’s own. Let’s just say, over those six plus years, I grew feelings for her, I cared for her deeply, but due to the traumas I was going through, it took me a long time to open up about them. I was always honest with her, I was always genuine, I always gave it my all, but despite my best efforts, it all came crashing down. I sent her many personal and handmade gifts on her birthdays and at Christmas. I wrote caring, encouraging, thoughtful, and at times, even loving words to her, all of which she loved to read, and hear me say, when I met her for the first and very last time back in 2018. I poured my heart and soul out to her, I did my utmost, I kept trying and trying, to express my feelings in the best way I could, gradually building up the courage to tell her more openly as I was working through my trauma. In the end, I did, and do you know what? You’d think that with all those affectionate and caring words, through all those personal and handmade gifts I’d sent her, that I must have meant something special to her… No… Instead, she throws me away like I’m a piece of rubbish, like I’m nothing but a mere grain of sand, like the shadowed ghost I’d always remained since the day I first entered into the hell of a system called ‘school’. Life never changes, at least not in a good way, huh? ‘School’, ha, what a joke! That’s a blog post there in itself, ‘school’, ‘prison’, ‘life’, can YOU tell the difference!?

Anyway, my point being, I did ‘try and try again’, not just with her either, I’ve tried many times, all over the internet, in so many different ways, but to no avail… Nothing ever worked, in all these years.

‘Do unto others as you want others to do unto you’

A quote twisted to within an inch of it’s life

Now, I can imagine a lot of you saying, “Oh, surely not!” However; you may be surprised to know how this quote was twisted back in the school system as I was growing up. I witnessed how this quote became something darker, simply because the words were taken too literally. I have witnessed bully victims who must have taken those words and twisted them into something like, ‘Bully unto others as they’d want to bully unto you’. Why do I say that? It’s because one of these bully victims did just that, took that abusive nature and projected it upon others, and I know this, because I was one of the victims of that reflected bullying. I can also tell you something else as well. I later discovered this same bullied bully on Facebook a long time later, only his way of thinking and ideology clearly backfired, because his social life was clearly twisted because of it. I feel he tied himself up in knots so he didn’t know whether he was coming or going. So, this is what can happen when you start taking phrases like this too literally, which I feel is all too common, because let’s think about this for a second. How many people do you REALLY think care about their fellow man and woman? If you think about that for yourself, then it draws you to the conclusion that there are far too many out there who’d stab you in the back without a second thought… I should know, I’ve witnessed enough of them in my lifetime!

‘God helps those who help themselves’

Here’s an interesting quote which I’ve never quite understood

Now, this quote makes us think that if we were to carry out a task for ourselves, then God will assist us through our efforts. However; in modern times, words and phrases can develop into multiple meanings. Let’s take these two words, ‘help themselves’. What do you think that can mean?

On the one hand it can mean when you do something to help yourself, but there are two very important points that need to be mentioned here. One is, how can you ‘help yourself’ if you’re impaired in some way, are unable to function as easily as someone abler? Are you able to ‘help yourself’ then? So, are we saying, God may not help us at all simply because we are unable to ‘help ourselves’? So, where is the benevolence in that? I don’t really understand quotes like that…

There is another important point which I feel the words, ‘help themselves’, can be interpreted into as well. The words, ‘help yourself’, has an unfortunate way of sounding like a term for greed or gluttony, two of the seven deadly sins mentioned within the Bible. Take for example, ‘Excuse me, but I’ll just HELP MYSELF to that’. You see what I mean? So, are we saying that if we, ‘help ourselves’, to something, God will help us?

Personally I feel there are too many quotes like these that have a dangerous way of having too many multiple, and contradictory, meanings. They can be easily misinterpreted.

‘Keep Calm and Carry On’

Here is one of Britain’s most iconic, ironic, and in my opinion, insensitive quotes of all time

Personally, why these words should ever be associated with the United Kingdom makes me sick… What do YOU really think these words truly mean? Do you think they mean, ‘calm down and think things through’? No, in my eyes, I see, ‘Now, calm down! Put up with it, or shut up!’ To me, it is an insult.

The fact that it’s become a quote used and modified to fit fashion and icon trends leads me to suspect what this quote was originally intended to do. This is psychological mind games if ever I’ve seen one. It’s one of the most blatantly obvious and in your face, if you’re willing to recognise it. If you’re just one of the masses, who accept these quotes as just a part of life, and move on, then it proves to me the effects it’s already having on the public.

When exactly did this quote come into existence we should all ask ourselves? Did it just creep into existence and become a sudden fashion statement? Why? Why should a quote like this become so famous? What is it truly about that makes people think about it? Is it because it’s shoved into our faces within shop windows, on internet advertisements, on television? Mass corporations and businesses are pushing this forward. Do you think they’re doing this simply for profit, or for something much worse?

For one, yes, the trends are what companies and businesses follow in order to make a profit, it’s true. Take for example, if you were to take a franchise in a particular bag, they may want to add a certain statement or slogan recognised as a way to advertise their product. However; what happens when it’s psychologically based, say it’s something they want the public to look at to take their attention away from something important. Like for example, the morality of the company selling the product. Are they a genuinely honest company, do they treat their employees fairly, where do they source their materials and workforce, is it truly fair trade, or slave labour? Do you see what I mean? The words ‘Keep Calm and Carry On’, would mean, ‘Oh, don’t worry about the corruption of the company, just let it go and keep going’. See, the world isn’t so straightforward then, is it?

Conclusion

Sometimes I wonder whether these quotes and platitudes are more designed for the purposes of psychological mind tricks than to actually provide anyone any real advice or support. I have always been sick to death of platitudes. I can remember the empty words I used to hear all too many times in my early school years growing up, and the painted on grins plastered on the school officials faces every time inspectors came to visit. You knew, as soon as the reports would be filed for the school, it was going to get a beaming sheen…that is a beaming sheen of LIES, nothing more! They can put on an act as much as they like, but the reality is always in the eyes of the poor students who have to suffer through each day, especially those who felt alone, trapped and isolated, in a system, be it school or life in general, which understands you about as much as a mammoth understands the perspective of the world through the eyes of a mouse…
